Do you offer sliding scale rates or insurance coverage?Balanced Wellness Therapeutic Services does not accept insurance and does not offer a sliding scale. Our session structure is a bit different than traditional counseling, which is typically 50 or 53 minutes per session. At Balanced Wellness a session is 60 to 75 minutes depending on the services being provided. A session cost is $200. EEM Grid and Regression, Microdosing, and Weight Loss, have adjusted prices based on time and length needed for each.

Do you have a cancelation fee?We understand that things happen and you cannot always keep appointments. There is await list and your appointment time can go to another. Please cancel sessions with at least 24 hour notice, less than 24 hours will result in a cancelation fee being charged. Our no show appointment or late cancel fee is the price of the session.
